Shipping & Returns
We deliver products Australia-wide using either Australia Post. We also deliver World-wide with Australia Postal Services either Registered PostInternational, Pack and Trackand/orExpress Courier International note estimated delivery times quoted below and/or in the shopping cart, does not take into account any delays with customs or services disruptions. All goods are shipped the next day from artwork completion from our warehouse direct to your door. Delivery times vary depending on a parcel’s place of origin and its final destination. Generally you will receive the parcel in one to five business days from day of sending, however delays may occur. We also provide you with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers tracking number and we will promptly advise you of any delays we are aware of.
Your order will be delivered between 08:00 -17:00 weekdays, so please keep this in mind when providing a delivery address. If no one is available to accept the parcel, the delivery service will need to leave a card marked “unable to deliver.” When this occurs it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery and or collection.
Please Note: Owenphoto takes all reasonable efforts to ensure your order is packed correctly and delivered to the address provided at check out. Please double check to make sure the delivery address information is correct as Owenphoto takes no responsibility for any parcel being delivered to an incorrect address specified by you on any order.
Return Policy.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We are happy to exchange an item for another item, if the return is due to our error in processing your order by supplying an item not specified at checkout. In this case we will also pay all shipping costs; otherwise for all other circumstances you will be responsible for all shipping costs

Domestic delivery times See below for expected delivery time frames for our standard domestic parcel services* sent within Australia.
Within same state • Within metropolitan areas of capital cities or within the same city or town 1 to 2 days. To other states • Between metropolitan areas of capital cities 2 to 5 days.
Express Post – Tracking with next day delivery *within a service's delivery network.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee. *The delivery services available to you, and the speed at which your items will be delivered, depends on whether your 'to' and 'from' postcodes fall within a service's delivery network.
Custom Charges: Some countries may hold items for inspection or charge extra customs duty charges before final delivery. We cannot know if or when that will happen. We cannot be held responsible for any extra fees charged by local customs.
Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery. It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of parcels to over 190 destinations within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.*
